About Altorixapp
A small storefront selling a short list of kitchen and household gadgets, RoboTwist included.
What we sell
Altorixapp is a small, direct-to-consumer storefront. We don’t try to be a department store — we carry a short, deliberately narrow list of kitchen and household gadgets, and we’d rather do that well than carry everything. The RoboTwist Automatic Jar Opener is our lead product, alongside a handful of related items shown on our homepage.
Product pages describe what an item is designed to do, its price, and what’s included. We keep that information as accurate and current as we can, and pricing or availability can change without notice, the same as with any small retailer.
Who operates this store
Altorixapp is operated by Prema Flexa, Los Encuentros S13-231 and Serapio Japeravi. You can reach the team by telephone on 984573443 or by email at flexa@prema-flexa.com.
The operator is responsible for the storefront, for order and product information published here, and for handling the privacy requests described in our Privacy Policy.
How we handle product information
Honest descriptions
We describe products in terms of what they’re designed to do, without inflated claims. Where a result can vary, we say so rather than overpromise.
Real stock and pricing
Prices and stock status shown on a product page reflect what we currently expect to be able to fulfil. Both can change, and we update the page when they do.
We fix mistakes
If something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, tell us and we’ll review and correct it. We’d rather fix a page than defend it.
Questions welcome
Not sure if an item is right for you, or want to check something before ordering? Reach out before you buy — we’re happy to help.
Who we’re for
Our customers are everyday shoppers looking for a practical fix for a specific kitchen or household task, not deal-hunting specialists. Content on this site is written in US English and reflects US consumer expectations, including the rights described in our Privacy Policy.
We don’t provide legal, financial, medical or professional advice of any kind, and nothing on this website should be treated as such.
Contact
Questions about an order, a product, or anything else on this site are welcome. The contact page lists our full company details and the kinds of enquiry we can help with.
